VAT
VAT stands for Value Added Tax. This is a tax on services levied
by the UK government which is included in all
the above prices. Some organisations and companies
are able to claim their VAT back, including internal
SA bookings.
Non
Smoking
& Unlicensed
Cliff House is both a non-smoking and an unlicensed
temperance venue, a policy which we believe contributes
to an atmosphere conducive to the majority of
delegates.

The rates below relate to en suite
rooms. All
rates are subject to availability, and are inclusive
of VAT at the current rate. The difference between the four room
grades (standard, family, superior and superior plus)
relate to the size, location and facilities of the rooms.
Single Supplement
There is a supplementary charge in addition to
the rates below, levied on sole occupancy of double, twin or king bedded rooms for adults, as follows:
