To hire our conference room for meetings on a
daily basis or on a delegate basis with accommodation,

VAT
VAT stands for Value Added Tax and is currently
set at 17.5%. This is a tax on services levied
by the UK government which is included in all
the above prices. Some organisations and companies
are able to claim their VAT back, including internal
SA bookings.
Non
Smoking
& Unlicensed
Cliff House is both a non-smoking and an unlicensed
temperance venue, a policy which we believe contributes
to an atmosphere conducive to the majority of
delegates.

Cliff House, in addition to cheques,
accepts all major credit & debit cards including
Master Card, Visa, Delta, American Express and
Switch.

Holiday
Tariff 2008 (Valid
from 01.01.2008 to 30.12.2008)
The rates below relate to en suite
rooms, and are quoted per person, per night. All
rates are subject to availability, and are inclusive
of VAT at the current rate and full English cooked
breakfast. The difference between the three room
grades (standard, superior and superior plus)
relate to the size and location of the rooms.
Single Supplement
There is a supplementary charge in addition to
the rates below, levied on sole occupancy of double
or twin bedded rooms for adults, as follows:
£13.00 per person, per night
£84.00 per person, per week
Reductions & Special Tariffs
Children under 17 maybe entitled to a reduction
depending on their room and age - See table below.
Retired and active
Ministers of Religion (and SA Cadets) have a separate
tariff, please contact reservations
for current rates.
