By Road From London
Take the M25, then the M3, M27 and A31 to Ringwood.
Join the A338 at Ringwood towards Bournemouth,
after approximately 8 miles exit left onto the
A3060 - Castle Lane East. Then after approximately
a mile turn right at the roundabout onto the A35
Christchurch Road towards Boscombe. After 2 miles,
turn left at traffic lights onto the B3059 Seabourne
Road, continue for about another 2 miles and Cliff
House is located on the right in Belle Vue Road.

Road From the North and West
Head for the A31 / A338 junction (Ashley Heath)
just outside Ringwood, taking the A338 (Wessex
Way) to Bournemouth. Then follow the directions
above from Ringwood.
By Coach
National
Express Coach services run regular service
to Bournemouth, use their website to find your
nearest stop. From London's Victoria
coach station they run about every hour, with
a jouney time of 2hrs 25mins.

Rail
Bournemouth benefits from an excellent rail
network linking with London (Waterloo) - a mere
97 minutes away with access to Eurostar.
Fast daily services also offer regular direct
connections with Scotland, the North and the Midlands.
